Indonesian food Swamp Cabbage Saute ( Tumis Kangkung )

Cooking Materials:
- 400 gr chopped spinach
- 2 pieces of red oncom
- 3 tablespoons butter

Seasoning Ingredients:
- 20 gr taoco
- 8 pieces red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 pieces chili sauce
- 5 buauah cayenne pepper
- 1 tomato
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 piece galangal
- 1 slice ginger
- 2 bay leaves
- Royco enough chicken flavor

Swamp Cabbage Sauté Cooking Method:
1. Heat the butter, saute onion, garlic, red pepper, chillies, galangal and ginger. After fragrant enter the tomatoes, bay leaf, and oncom taoco. Pour a little water, cook until boiling.
2. Enter the swamp, after wilt enter Royco taste sweet soy sauce and chicken, remove and then serve.

meatballs indian version (tomato sauce, the fried or boiled)

RECIPE:
500 g mince meat
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 fresh chili, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3-4 cm of ginger, grated (you can also use dry ginger powder, about 3tsp)
1 egg
salt and pepper

Mix all the ingredients together and start forming balls. Wet your hands with water, then the mixtrure does not stick on your hands. It is up to you if you want to do big or small ones. If you are going to fry them, it is better to make them small. But if you are just going to drop them down in the sauce and boil them, bigger are quicker! Put them cold to rest for about half an hour.

Meanwhile you start preparing the tomato sauce:
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tins of crushed tomatoes
1 stock cube
1 bunch of cilantro, chop up the leaves

Sautee the onion in a pan until soft, add the garlic. After a minute or two, add the tomatoes and stock cube, let it all boil together for about five minutes.
If you want to boil the meatballs, add about half a cup of water and bring it all to the boil. Slide down the meatballs in the tomatosauce and let it boil until the meatballs are well done, 10-15 minutes (depends on the size). Add the cilantro.
For fried meatballs, heat a frying pan and fry the meatballs in a mixture of oil and butter. When almost ready, add the tomato sauce. Let it all come together, about five minutes, then add the cilantro.
Serve with basmati rice!

New Peterpan Band Profile ( Peterpan is a phenomenal band )

In 1997 keyboardist Andika (Andika Naliputra Wirahardja) formed a school band in Bandung, Indonesia. The band was called Topi, with guitarist Uki (Mohammad Kautsar Hikmat), vocalist Ariel (Nazril Irham), bass player Abel, and drummer Ari. They mainly played Brit Alternative rock until Ari withdrew from the group, and Topi broke up.
Andika regrouped former members of Topi in 2000. The drummer was replaced by Reza (Ilsyah Ryan Reza), a college student from Palu. Loekman (Loekman Hakim), a friend of Indra’s elder brother, joined as their lead guitarist. Andika suggested Peterpan as the name for the band referring to Peter Pan, the character created by author J. M. Barrie. Other names they considered were Mickey Mouse, Spiderman, and X-Men. The band was formally founded on September 1, 2000. Peterpan played on Bandung streets and gigged in cafés, with the goal of becoming a house band in one of the city’s cafés. They often covered pop and rock songs (Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Coldplay, U2, Creed, etc.) at O’Hara and Sapu Lidi cafés.

didac villa new players ac milan

AC Milan have confirmed the signing of RCD Espanyol left-back Didac Vila today through a statement on their official website.
Milan searched for a left-back who can play in the Champions League and add depth to the squad, following the injury of Gianluca Zambrotta.


According to reports, the Catalan-born was pretty cheap (€3 million). He made 13 appearances this term mostly as a starter.
A starting sport is not guaranteed for Vila, who used to play for Spain’s youth teams, the player is promising and is bought for the future.
Just like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Robinho, Urby Emanuelson and Mark van Bommel, Didac Vila is represented by the agent Mino Raiola.
A statement on acmilan.com confirmed the move: “AC Milan announces that it has acquired from RCD Espanyol, the player Didac Vila. After passing the medical examinations the defender will sign a contract until June 30, 2015.”
